Great place to pick up a quick meal, especially when you're running errands. Be mindful that they might be short-staffed so... sometimes there will be a sign that notes only digital ordering. This location is useless. Dont even bother wasting your time. Any time I order from them online for delivery I either never... receive my items or get the completely wrong item. I paid extra for guacamole and didn't receive any. I didn't get the salsa,veggies or sour cream either. What a joke. this occurs any time I've attempted to order from them over the last 6 months. You won?t see any lines in this Chipotle and think you are gonna get your food immediately. Don?t get deceived. This location is... currently operating as online order only location. Yeah people, listen to the reviews. My first time ordering from this location and its gross... and of course I'm missing my... guacamole even when my receipt said it has been paid! But I never received it in my delivery. Definitely getting my refund lol,this place is a sad joke Read more
I went here three times in 2021. The first time, they wouldn't take gift card. The second time, they wouldn't take gift card AND... they refused to sell me chips even though there were some on the counter behind them. The third time, they were finally takinggift card but were out several key ingredients. I decided to come here just the other day (in 2022), and they were NOT takingorders inside. You couldn't order inside, and you had to order from online. I walked out and will never come again. Whoever runsthis specific location must not like taking customers' money. This Chipotle hardly functions, and should look to other locationsthat run efficiently so they can take notes. Read more
Oh Everett.... Why is everything in that city just terrible? I tried to order lunch yesterday but you lost my order twice and I... had to deal with doordash as Chipotle couldn't cancel the order. I didn't want to, but I decided to go in today and pickup myorder. Kinda wish I hadn't ordered as the bowl was lacking. Do you see the rice? The staff and service provided were excellent. My customer experience at the location is great. Service was fast and... efficient with a smile. I ordered the salad bowl with steak and guacamole. The portion satisfied my hunger and tastebuds. I was traveling to Canada and this particular Chipotle is a bit out from I-5, but worth going to. Read more
