Worst dining experience I think ever. I used to wait tables and feel that people are not patient enough so I don't get upset... when I have to wait a little. In fact I encourage my children to practice their patients and enjoy the dining experience. Thiswas something else. We ordered drinks when we got there. It took 20 minutes before my kids even got soda and another 5 fir mywife to get a margarita... knowing that there was a long wait we ordered another when the server brought it. It took another 20minutes to get the second one and it was a totally different mix then the first. We ordered a double it was not a double. Thenthey told us that it was just because it was a tall glass that it didn't taist like a double...so 50 minutes into dinner andthey finally brought our cheese stick appetizer. At some point my kid knocked over her cup of ice and I told the staff. Theyhanded me a paper towel. Our server never checked in on us then after over an hour they brought out food for me and my kids butnot my wife. She ordered mac and cheese with grilled chicken. When we asked about the food someone said they would check. 5minutes later our server came back to ask what she had ordered...after waiting another ten minutes I was fed up and went to thecounter to check on my food. Our server looked at me and said "are you ready for your check?"....what about my wifes food. When the food finally came it was still wrong! All in all it was about a 2 hour long clown show that cost me 115.00 for verybad service, inconsistent drinks and incorrect food. No sorry no comped drinks just a really bad time. Read more
Ordered the works Steak medium. This is not medium and this is not a steak. It looks, breaks apart and tastes like an unsalted... ground beef patty. But the side of mash n Cesar were good. Read more
Hamburgers were great. Mine was made to order. However the hostess was short with us. She wasn't excited about my service dog.... Otherwise I would have given them five stars. Read more
Awful experience all around. Waitress was not very attentive and ordered a steak medium it was completely red. Asked to recook... it same result and asked for a new one just recooked the same steak and at that point it was way over cooked. Waited a long timefor drinks as well. Read more
Yummy food and the sweetest waitress. I had a margarita and it was tasty and great with my steak.
Weird set up. They want you to tip before you even know how your service is ???? like what if my waitress isn't good?
I've enjoyed celebrating mine, as well as other family members birthdays for a few years at Buzz Inn. We felt like royalty when... we were served by the (retired) waitress ( I wish I remembered her name). After my last visit (June 2020) I have not returned. Iordered my birthday steak well done, the young waitress brought me a over cooked, burnt steak, and with her sarcasm replied tome "you said you wanted it done", after a few minutes of her disrespectful words, she offered me another steak, by then I hadlost trust in her, and the cook. I walked in today and It was my first time here. I stood waiting at the front as a worker just kept walking by me and staring. I... finally stopped here and before I could say anything. She snapped " they can't take orders for 5 minutes" I told her I'd neverbeen here and asked if I need to wait to be seated. She just kept saying " they won't take orders for 5 minutes" I had my dadwith me who could barley stand up and asked if he can sit down. She rudly said " go find a table" after we sat down and waited20 minutes we realized there was no server. I asked the people in the booth next to me what's going on? Then they told me wehave to order then sit. This would've been nice to know when I asked the worker. It goes a long way to greet customers andNICELY explain how it works and not just assume we know how it works. needless to say my dad and I walked out and won't be goingback. We drove to a different one in Arlington and it was so much nicer and friendly people there. Read more
