Best Baskin Robbins in the area! 2 years ago had a horrible experience at the Marysville location, last year had a good... experience at the Colby location, but this year had an amazing experience at this location on Everett Mall Way! I ordered a fullsheet Oreo Ice Cream Cake and asked for "Happy Birthday" to be written in Fudge (which every CA location was able to do for mein the past but neither of the previously mentioned WA ones had been able to do). Not only were they able to write it in fudge,but they wrote it on a piece of white chocolate as a banner and didn't charge me extra! The cake had more whipped cream thanI've seen before and inside the cake had the perfect ratio of cake and ice cream. The cake itself wasn't old and stale either(once we got home and dug into it) The employee at the store was wonderful when we arrived; we even purchased a scoop of icecream and she was patient and kind. Out of every Baskin Robbins experience over the last 20 years in 2 states, this was the bestexperience I've had. We will be coming back definitely! Read more

What nice people in today's chaotic world. Bad experience at another store nearby and was feeling like I needed ????. But I got... so much more. A really friendly lady who took the time to help me make the selections that made my day a little better. The icecream was as velvety and taste as I remembered. The prices for such gourmet ice cream was very reasonable so I took a pint hometo my spouse. Maybe an ice cream cake for Thanksgiving....hmm. Read more

Highly recommend this shop! Had to have a cake quickly prepared and ready to deliver to my customer after another bakery... couldn't fulfill the order, and I'm glad I did. Although it was on short notice Kelli prepared a beautiful cake and my customercouldn't have been happier. Will definitely be back here in the future :) Read more

Going out for ice-cream is a special treat. What makes it more special than just buying it at the grocery store and eating it at... home is the experience. We were gifted gift cards that were not accepted at this location. I was holding them in my hand as Ihelped my children place their orders. Unfortunately it was not noticed by either of the two employees taking our order toprompt the question if they could be redeemed at this location. There were no signs posted stating this was a franchisedlocation, nor that they did not accept BR gift cards purchased at another other location. Needless to say when I gave the giftcard for payment and was told that it was not redeemable at this location, I was very disappointed. I take responsibility fornot verifying which locations accepted the gift card. However, this location could do better by stating their franchiseownership and publicly disclosing that they only accept gift cards sold from their location and not any and all BR giftcards. As for the ice-cream itself...too much artificial flavor and sugar. High price and low quality product. Read more
