Our server Preston was great. The drinks were really good but the food was just ok. Decent for what it is.

Went there 6 months ago and they messed up my order had to go back..no discount.. today I went there and they messed up the... order again this time I got it before I left thank goodness..45 minutes waiting at 9 pm.. there goes your tip...manager shouldquit busing tables at 9pm and check orders..just saying...food quality was ok burger was cold.. Typical Applebee's, decent food, but the staff are what makes it a decent place! Some are good, some could care less it seems... and unfortunately your whole dining experience will depend on that. My family ordered take out and when we noticed that there was an error in our order after getting home, I promptly called the... restaurant and after a lengthy time that I was put on hold I was able to speak to the manager and explained the error. Shelistened intently and told me that she was going to rectify the mistake by redoing our order. Further, she asked if we wouldlike to add a dessert to go with the re-done order. We were impressed by this manager's willingness to alleviate a customer'sdissatisfaction and when I personally came back and picked up our order she came out and personally handed our re-done meal andadded a couple of gift certificates and even apologized for the mistake and expressed that she hoped we'd come back. I told herthat the certificates were not necessary but she insisted that she gave it. Much kudos to Linda, this restaurant's manager. Read more
