The lady at the pickup window didn't even speak to me or confirm my order, just stuck her hand out the window for my money. The... staff have very poor communication skills and zero hospitality, it would appear everyone here hates their job. The burgers Ireceived had buns harder than petrified wood. The food was terrible and I'm glad I only ordered a couple cheap things instead ofan actual meal as most of it was thrown away. At least they got my order right. Read more
15 minutes waiting to order my lunch. 5 workers (that I could see) that completely ignored me, and didn't show up, even just to... give me an excuse. The lady with no uniform (who I believe is the store manager) choose refill the juice fountain rarher thantake my order. Unbelievable! Read more

Caught the lady messing with the food and mop bucket!!!!!! Karma will get them thankfully did not eat the food nor pay for it... after seeing her. Fat kid in the sweater that works the window always forgets something, also the young girl and cleaning ladybe careful locking the doors early. I am an industry person. Not fast food. But I get it. I do, it's fast food. But this place just doesn't care. And im over the... top nice. I had a bad experience before. But chalked it up. This was awful. No one in line. No one here. Knew it was going to bea problem because they are designed for fast service. I ordered specific food. It was st window when paying. With no one inline??
