First time ever ordering through Uber eats, and ofcourse when I get my food it?s not all there. I call Panera and the rude girl... says that?s not their fault. They ran out of flat bread so they didn?t send it. I asked why I wasn?t called. She said we toldthe driver and he was supposed to tell u. So it?s the drivers fault they ran out of flat bread and I didn?t get my full order.Never again will I use Uber eats and I will never eat at Panera, customer service sucks. Read more
Not sure what happened to Panera. The menu is non-existent. The prices have increased significantly, the quality of the food... and beverage is about 0 compared to what it used to be. You focus on rebranding the logos and changing the interiors, but shouldbe focused on bringing back the old menus and making your food edible again. Definitely seemed short staffed, but that?sanywhere you go at this point. The staff here are not the issue. Pretty disappointed overall, will not waste anymore time ormoney here in the future. Ordered for rapid pick up (in store). My name came up on the screen as ready, then disappeared from the screen. Went up to the... counter and was told that meant the food was being packaged up, but it took another 10 minutes or so for them to be done. Didn?tcheck the bag (my mistake I guess) and got home to realize they didn?t give me the cookie I ordered or the croutons that camewith my soup. The bread bowl was also not wrapped, just thrown in the bag. There were also no utensils. Overall disappointingexperience, but the food that I did receive was at least good. Read more
Not my cup of whatever they served. Idea is good, execution is terrible. You wait easily 20-30 for your breakfasts, which would... easier to deal with if you could wait at your table, but you have to stand in the back kitchen and wait. They tried to use amonitor to show who is up, but it is no in use and even so, you can only watch it from the queue anyhow. Some food was greatothers so-so. But at the time you want to consume it, it is cold, and you lost your appetite. The food arrived before the coffeebtw. Read more

Very bold negative point about this location is the very LOUD people who make food and calling customers to pick-up (very much... like unusual yelling). That's like a shock every time. It's not healthy either for customers dining in or even themselves :| Read more
