Staff were assigned to our party were friendly and super helpful throughout the time we were there. Food was okay, kids loved... it. We were there for a birthday party ???? Chuck E came out sung happy birthday with us while interacting with the children.The games section reminds me of a little Dave & Busters lol. Also loved how they put the invisible stamps on everyone's handand when leaving if a child has a number that is not the same as the adult they are leaving with they won't allow the child toleave with that adult. My mom and my son had two different numbers stamped to their hands and they gave her hell leaving i hadto reenter show my stamp and then they let him go. In a space like that with so many kids its easy to lose sight of your kidsbut it made me feel safer knowing they had this system in place. had my baby's 2nd birthday party this past Saturday. it was fun, the kids enjoyed their selves, and the food was surprisingly... good. I gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons 1) my party planner was MIA most of the time and the other party planners tried to helpout as best as they could 2) I was not allowed to add a tip on my cc when paying and was advise to send the tip via cashapp....yeah I'm not sending anyone I don't know money via cash app due to fraud. overall my child, family and friends had agreat time. My family just celebrated my daughter Violet 6, birthday 3/19/2022 at this Chucky Cheese location in Everett. The staff that... attended us for the party was not friendly and not truthful. She didn't know anything about my party reservation package andwas asking me about my package. I showed her my email confirmation on my phone. She didn't check on her end or ask anyone. Ihad a party for 5 kids but I only had four. She came out with for game cards only! If I'm paying for five, why am I getting 4card cards? My kids wanted dip and dots ice cream, she confirmed that they had only regular chocolate or vanilla ice cream only.A server who was attending a large group who were having their party too, the server was coming out with dip n dots, and theperson who was helping us had lied. The service we got was poor and un friendly ????. When Chucky came out the staff was deadand didn't sing or dance with Chucky. Like wow, we paid our money and got crummy service. This location is the absolute best. All the employees are so friendly and accommodating. Joel especially, he fixed all the... machines throughout our entire visit Sunday. Not only that he was just working hard and he needs a shoutout! Thank you foreverything and making my son enjoy his day here!
