Ate half of my chicken sandwich before realizing it was completely raw in the middle. The manager did refund my money and offer... a new sandwich. I didn't really want to eat anything else from there. The worst part is that the cashier and the manager saidthat this was not the first time this has happened. Eat at your own risk. Read more
Just went to Wendy's and the person working the drive thru was probably the rudest individual I have encountered in a minute. He... kept making sounds when we were ordering as if we were inconveniencing him. Each time he asked if there was anything else and wesaid yes, another sigh of aggravation. We got up to the window and he was slamming our drinks down on the counter. He gave us amedium instead of a large drink and of course we said nothing as his behavior was already causing concern. Simply one of the best Wendy I ever been to clean everything stocked customer service was excellent they even had a little game... to play where if you find a coin you get a free Junior Frosty. We ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers a medium fry and a large drink. Kid at the window gave me my drink took money and brought... change. He then proceeded to bag up what was supposed to be our food and then 4 more bags. 10 min later he opens the windowand tried to charge us for someone else?s food. I told him I wanted my food. He looked at me for a second the closed thewindow moved food around between bags for a couple of minutes and then gave us a bag. I looked seen 3 sandwiches and a fry. Aswe get going down the road my wife realized the fry was a small then got a sandwich out and it was a regular cheeseburger. Checked other 2 sandwiches and both were cheeseburgers. Tried calling this store a few times and no answer after letting itring at least 25 times each call. The final call some one picked up waited a second then hung up. So the picture will describe itself, the bacon was charcoal. The rest of the food was OK and overall the service was terrible.... Would not recommend this particular Wendy's. Read more
These guys did fabulous! They had so much going on and yet didn't miss a bit. My group was impressed and satisfied! Of course be... patient when it's busy but if you are you'll be given amazing food and service. It was awesome. 10/10. Read more
