I was blown away by new pricing. They are charging $13.99 for a wrap. Wraps are priced as footlongs but 14 for either is BS.... Won't be going there anymore. Food was as expected. Read more
The food is good. But the customer service is horrible. I will not be returning to this Dumpway, every again. Good or bad... customer service can make or break a place of business. If the owner knew what was good for him; he would get rid of the jerksworking there now. And hire all new employees. Read more
Go somewhere else if you're hungry. I order the exact same sandwich at every Subway in town, and this is the only place where my... footlong ends up coming out like a flatbread. They skimp on everything like another reviewer said. The lettuce looked like ithad been out for a while, very discolored so skipped it. The meat only covered 3/4 of my sandwich and there wasn't enoughspinach to even line up the length. The bathroom is always out of order, which doesn't affect me but might others. Theyfrequently don't have sweet tea available at the fountain. I understand not everyone has a bubbly attitude, but when I don'tfeel welcome in a place I'm not likely to return. The staff are polite but not friendly; they are purely running a business andsaving money/reducing waste any way they can. I'm done wasting my money here, it's too expensive for what you get. We have relied on this location for consistent service and tasty food since Covid lockdowns in 2020. Even though Evansville... fast food has been seeing trouble with hiring, cutting back hours, and quality?this Subway, and especially the owners, has goneabove and beyond. I just ordered three sandwiches and they had me rung out in about 3-4 minutes and they are always preparedwell. The only fast food that meets or exceeds expectations in the city IMO. Read more
Staff is nice and acknowledges you when you walk in and is super friendly. I have been here numerous times and always get the... same courteous service. I love this store because they make you feel special each time you go and are always attentive toprovide quality services to you. I would highly recommend this location of Subway, which seems privately owned. It isimportant that a customer is provided with the best quality service possible and this is the place to go to receive suchservice. The space is small but provides for more intimate areas for great conversation. There is a restroom which is providedand I have used it multiple times. The store is clean and well taken care of. It is the best Subway that I have ever been to. I would rather travel further than my local Subway to go to this Subway because of the great service. What an awesome place toget a Sub for your tummy!
