A former Starbucks Partner of 6 years, loyal Starbucks customer, and lover of coffee, I was sorely disappointed in the service... at this location. I ordered a grande iced coffee with half and half and two pumps of caramel. When I got the the window thedrink was all milk and a light beige color. I politely asked if they could pour the drink into a venti cup and add some morecold brew. I explained that I order the drink all of the time and it is never that light. They snarkilytook the cup back and abarista said, ?She just wants a Venti.? I called through and said, ?I would be happy if you would just put more coffee and lesscream.? I was told that they measure their cream and that next time I should order it with light cream. I took the drink butit?s still not satisfactory. We also ordered sandwiches and my husbands was not cooked thoroughly. Read more

Last 5 times I?ve been here they have messed my orders up!! The turn around on employees at this place is high it seems. This is... by far the worst-/??Missing a good portion of my drink. I don?t think there?s any shots in my caramel macchiato! I live 1.5hours away. I was a good 30minutes out of town before I took a drink and though that doesn?t taste right and open it up andthere?s literally 3inches missing from my drink. Read more
