I waited for 20 minutes for nothing. Pressed the red button for them to turn it of 3 times. I understand that they had medium... customers, but 20 minutes? And other people were getting their food after I hit the red button. Sad.... Read more

Pulled up to order just 1 single milkshake. Order was placed at 8:38 and wasn't handed out till 9:10. I want to give a shout out... to Christopher though who was the car hop tonight. He was constantly going back in forth at a fast walking pace. You could tell,he was trying his best and had a very nice attitude. I don't know if it's just a low staffing issue or what but there should bemore than one person running orders with that location having a steady number of cars, especially on the weekend. Read more

Sunday night. Sat at stall 2 for 20 minutes with the red light flashing, and no one took my order. The stalls were only about a... quarter full when I arrived, so there wasn't a rush. I'm not going to blame the employees because I bet this place isunderstaffed, but man this really sucked. I left before ordering. Read more

If you value your stomach or your health please do NOT eat here today we ate here and my husband ended up getting the foot long... hot dog and he had taken a few bites and then I seen mold in the bottom of the bread. He has been sick all day now and can'treally keep much down. The person who took the hot dog back to make a new one did not apologize they said oh we didn't changeout or bread. And it seemed like a hassle to makes new one. they filled up our cups with ice to the top after we are known toorder our drinks without ice. And we couldn't get a refill. We didn't know this because it's been a long time since we last ateat Sonic because of other issues. The employee who we asked if we could at least get a refill said she had to ask her managerand 20 minutes later comes back and says we don't do that. I don't expect much I didn't expect much but y'all couldn't evenapologize for your mistakes. We've had two problems before this with them at other locations even. Read more

Tonight's visit was not much different than past visits to this location. I can only assume they are like most businesses and... are perhaps working with limited staff. Only one car-hop working tonight and she was moving as quickly as she could. She wasnice, but was noticeably stressed. She was running out multiple orders at a time while some rude customers honked/shoutedcomplaints regarding wait times. I felt bad as she was doing all she could do to keep up. Beyond the staffing issue, I have nocomplaints. My order was correct and hot. Read more
