This Sonic was a HUGE joke! The drive thru line was backed up to the Rd and stayed that way forever! I pulled in and I bet I... waited every bit of 20 mins just to take my order! The lady was rude and told me that they could only take cash if it was EXACTchange or debit card, otherwise she couldn't help me. I waited about 5 mins for the screen to prompt me to put in my card andnothing. I hit the button again just to let her know and she answered the button automatically "I'm sorry but right now we'reonly taking drive thru orders. I told her what the deal was, which she should have known already by watching her screen or atthe very least keeping up with a pen and paper. I then waited at least another 30 mins for a simple order of chili cheese tatertots! WOW! I supported my kid's by working at Sonic in the early 80's. Great half priced drinks! 2 large speciality drinks for under $6.00. We did not even have to wait but just under 5 minutes for... the order and the server was pleasant and accommodating. Read more
Just can't wait anymore. I go here probably once a month and every time I wait forever for my order even if it's just simple... Sonic Blasts. I could run over to Burger King with food and come back before Sonic's done. Read more
Went here on Sunday. What a horrible experience. We ordered our food on the app so it would be fresh when we arrived. Instead,... our food sat out for 45 minutes before it was served to us, one of the sides we ordered was completely missing, and one of theburgers was served to us on a disgustingly moldy bun. Got a ridiculous automated response from Sonic, so I'm posting publiclyjust to warn other people. Read more
Ordered two things and only one was made correctly. The staff were friendly and the service was prompt. Prices reasonable.
Where to start: Let?s see...the attendant was clearly distracted as I gave her my order 5 times...she struggled to key the... order so I asked her to start again. Then the order came out...not on a tray or serving platter...just in a bag...hanging downto the side it was her sack lunch for school. Burgers...as shown...we sloppy and frankly poor tasting...I would ask for it tobe remade but I?d fear for my health and safety. Frys and tots didn?t come out with the burger...those came out 3-5 minslater... The motz sticks we ordered didnt come out...we had to go inside to ask for those to be produced. Oh did I mention nonapkins... The franchise owner of this branch should be embarrassed. Like owning a moped...you own one and you ride it...youjust don?t tell anyone.
