I ordered ahead for curbside pickup at 430pm on a Wednesday afternoon and got there 2 minutes before they told me it would be... ready. I called, they said they'd be right out and I waited for 20 minutes. Mind you, there were approximately 4 cars in theparking lot and no one was coming or going so it wasn't that they were swamped. They apologized for the wait but when I droveaway and grabbed a couple fries to eat on the way, they were cold. Not just luke warm but cold. Once I got home to eat, myburger was cold (shocker). And they got it wrong and didn't include the extra sauces I paid for. Hopefully your experience isbetter but I won't patron this place again. Read more

Honestly, it's just not worth the money.. I've had way better burgers, that were far less expensive, with considerably better... service. If a restaurant is going to charge that much for a cheeseburger and an iced tea, at the very least the service couldhave been decent. Read more

My wife and I just got home from visiting the restaurant. I got the Bonzai burger, she got the Whiskey River barbecue burger.... They were both great! We also ordered the bacon cheese fondue to go with all the fries. Wonderful! Very good service. We gottheir $10 specials. Read more

The service was quick and the appetizers and food came out quickly. The food was nicely presented and also tasted very good.... This was the first time I got a chicken sandwich and I enjoyed it as much as the burgers. My son and I had a good experience. Read more

Every year Red Robin is a must in order to make my birthday Month complete. Had the Pig Out Tavern. Maybe because I opted to... leave the mayo off they also left off the bacon crumbles. But that is not the only thing that was a let down. The patties didnot taste like they had any different flavor than any other burger patty meaning no brown sugar glaze taste. Fries withCampfire sauce were excellent!!! Had a monster chocolate shake that was questionable. Was it really made with chocolate and icecream or just milk stored with a small amount of flavor.
