Worst restaurant drive thru experience ever. I was excited all day to bring my Mom for a big Burford. The lady answering was... loud and short with me as she was on the phone. When we pulled up to the window, she blurted out the total and continued withher conversation. It was busy, she was multi tasking so I didn't think too much about it. After she handed me my bag I saidthank you, have a good night, she then yelled, "What? That's what I thought " as I drove away. As if I had smarted off to her.This location needs corporate to come in. The store looked filthy and the employees have no customer service training orsupervision. I am so disappointed with my experience. I will never visit this location again. I manage a restaurant and I wouldfire someone on the spot for that type of behavior. Avoid this location! Read more
