My wife and I were out looking for a new refrigerator and stopped here for dinner. It was a Tuesday night around 6pm. There was... no line and they took our order promptly. Why did u change everything? If I had wanted fast food I would have gone to taco bell. I haven't been here in a few years but it... used to have combo items and a type of chicken with broth in a bowl that was perfect for dipping the chips in and they hadburritos, etc. Now it's just nacho bowl or tortilla, meat, topping, done. Such friendly service and great, warm food! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the employee?s go above and beyond to make sure... their customer?s needs are met. I?ve never had a bad experience at Burkhardt Qdoba. The dining room and bathrooms both are keptclean and stocked. Even when they?re in a lunch or dinner rush and busy they try their best to keep things tidy and worktogether accordingly to meet everyone?s expectations. If I could give 6 stars I would most definitely. With today?s workindustry and no one wanting to work (thanks COVID and government handouts) I can tell the manager?s and employees are trying todo their best at their jobs even when they are obviously short-staffed.
