They need to fire everybody and start over. As someone from NYC and traveled alot ,this is littlerly worst popeyes I've ever... had, I've tried it three time and each time the chicken was dry with no flavor. Terrible service. Very slow ? even when it?s not busy. Good quality is also EXTREMELY lack-luster. Your food is definitely going... to be cold. Expect NO sauces. The only thing that?s good here is the sweet tea because it?s actually sweet and it doesn?t tastelike they forget to clean the grommets and spigots on the tea bin like most other fast food places. There is excellent food and quick service at this location. The Spicy Chicken sandwich is hard to beat, especially if you like... the Cajun heat! The normal Chicken Sandwich is great too, if you aren't up for anything spicy. Their fries and buttermilkbiscuits are hands down the best you will ever eat, and they have a great assortment of other Cajun foods that you will love,too! You will forget all about those other chicken places once you try out Popeyes! Read more
HORRIBLE service! I ordered a chicken sandwich and they literally only put half a piece of chicken on it, and still got the rest... of my order wrong! I called and tried to speak to a manager, they put me on hold then hang up, call back straight to voice mail,call again they say they?re sorry and they?re getting a manager and hang up again! This was the Green River Rd place. I've given this place a chance multiple times. I'm done. Never again. Your fries are... disgusting. As well as the hockey puck biscuit. Chicken was close to being ok. I should have just bought lunch meat. And thelady at the window wasn't friendly. Read more
Can you give less than one star. Let me start off by saying, I own a food business. I've run a brick and mortar restaurant and... food truck. For that reason, I'm leaving this review. When I arrived, there were 2 cars in the parking lot and 4 in the drivethru. There were 6 employees working and 2 people in line in front of me. It took 30 minutes to complete my order. Thechicken breasts were already cooked but the basketball with legs was too busy making duck faces for snapchat to put the chickenon a bun. Ten minutes after I ordered my fries, someone finally decided to put them in the fryer. After waiting 30 minutes, the manager decided to bag my food with the fries upside down. She said, "here ya go". The lack of performance fallscompletely on the manager. The lack of involvement and allowing the restaurant to be ran like this is completely on the owner.I will never eat at this restaurant again. Read more
I can?t recommend this restaurant. Here?s our issue: - ordered online for a 3:10pm pickup. That?s what the app says? It will be... ready for pick up at 3:10 PM - arrived at 3:12. Ordered had not been started. - ordered cole slaw, no cole slaw. Ok, fries. - nothighs in spicy. Ok, mild. No mild. Ok breasts. - they completed my order and then asked me if I wanted any sauce. I asked forsweet heat and honey mustard. No honey mustard. OK - I finally left the restaurant at 3:27 PM. When we returned home, wediscovered the chicken was not flavorful at all because it was dark. This chicken must?ve either been overcooked, sat out toolong or been re-dipped in grease to heat it back up again. The crust had a burnt flavor and overall, the chicken did not tastewell at all. We do think it was re-dipped because it was pretty greasy. The staff was friendly but the store was obviouslypoorly run. At one point, I heard the manager ask why I was waiting and the server and the manager bantered back-and-forth abouthow the manager didn?t like customers waiting. Well, that?s a management problem. If someone does an online order, the ordershould be ready at the designated pick up time. Additionally, the manager should always make sure that the chicken is fresh andthat there are no shortages. Overall, this was a negative experience for us so at this juncture, I would recommend you chooseanother Popeyes restaurant with better reviews. Read more
