Chad would not give us our paid for sandwiches and was extremely rude. Argued with my husband and told him it was our fault we... couldn?t get the sandwiches. Chad said we ordered though GrubHub. Jim showed his our order and receipt that both said the oderwas for pick up. Chad argued with him even more. I called GrubHub and they called Chad and told him he was wrong. Our orderwas for pick up. My teriyaki chicken had no flavor, and 90% of our fries were burnt/overcooked. The employees were incredibly slow, and it was... ridiculously apparent the girl was not interested in being there. The floor was also disgustingly sticky, why?? Very poorexperience for over priced food. Read more
