The Chinese lady on the microphone is always rude and has zero patience for the customers in the drive through. The meat... portions are always off. One day you get more and the next time you come you get a lot less. I usually order the mushroomchicken but had to stop ordering it after they put just vegetables on my plate with 2 baby chunks of chicken. I couldn?t tell ifit was mushroom chicken or all mushrooms and vegetables. The super greens are always extremely hard. The beyond chicken was sonasty it almost felt like I was chewing on plastic rubber bands. The texture is off and the flavor is nasty and not seasoned atall. They also will up charge you 1.25 if you get double portions of it in a plate style which I did mistakenly. I just wish Inever ordered it. It?s over priced and disgusting. They are always pulling you around and parking you because they are alwaysout of something. The wait is usually 10-20mins. The company overall just needs to do better. Read more
THIS LOCATION WILL GIVE YOU LESS EVERYTIME. At first i thought it was because they had just opened then maybe the scoops they... were using were wrong but i narrowed it down to management. Especially from other panda expresses in the US. The Evansvillelocation has been bad almost since open, their covid-19 response enabled them to keep the dining room closed almost a whole yearafter other restaurants re opened. I've gotten a bigger plate meal through the drive through before and they asked if I wantedit all together and I said yes but that just means they give you less food. They don't even compensate for them not having touse a separate to go container. I've been through the drive through on other occasions (well honestly the dining room has barelybeen open half its operating time In evansville) and I asked for orange chicken usually right after dinner time but sometimes 2hours before close and they say it will be a 15-20 minute wait on orange chicken , and I said I was willing to wait even thoughit seemed like a while for wok fried chicken, and they always had it ready at the window, but the serving size was always muchless. Today was the last straw, they turned their online togos off more than an hour before close due to "high volume " but Idrove by twice and nobody was there in the drive thru either. Read more
The noodles had absolutely no flavor to them at all. I waited 20 minutes, due to them having to make noodles. They tasted old... and flavorless. Very disappointed. This was one of my favorite places to eat. Read more
It's really quick which is the most positive thing I can say about the place. Very limited menu, and the sides are never good.... The spring rolls were quite tasty though! Read more
The orange chicken really is good if you don't know what you want. I got the sweetfire chicken and loved.They do seem to be... really busy, so pick your time wisely. Cost is comparable to most fast food chains, however, they don't sell any combos wherethe drink is included. So, I tend to drink water when with my order. Overall, the quality of the food is reasonably priced. Theyhave an online order pick up window as well. Read more
First time eating here and it was ok. Food was good, we got the Orange Chicken with rice bowl. But it pretty much seemed liked... we paid for rice with just a little bit of chicken. We could of got more options with it, but then the price just goes up and when it goes up that much, I might as well go too a Chinese buffet and get everything I want. Nice restaurant, more Americanized/chain Chinese food, but still tasted good. The portion sizes are small, but priced... reasonably. Staff were friendly and drive thru wait time wasn?t very long. Read more
First time eating here and I love it. They are very Friendly and the food is Awesome 5 Stars A+++ all the way
