UPDATE: The owner replied that they would like to connect further but I've filled out the contact page on their website multiple... times without any response. Original review ------------------------ This weekend's visit was a disappointment. The good - Wewere seated quickly - restaurant wasn't busy at all. The bad - We all ordered our steaks wood-fired but they were prepared withOutback seasoning. The seasoning is a little on the spicy side for our taste. The ugly - Our bill wasn't right - we werecharged for a filet when we all ordered sirloins. Oddly, the steak was indistinguishable from the sirloins. We told thewaitress but she insisted that we got a filet. I expected a manager to intervene but that didn't happen. I probably shouldhave asked for the manager but we had a baby getting fussy and the meal had already taken 1 1/2 hours [even though therestaurant wasn't that busy]. Very disappointed with the experience. In the first place, we had to wait more than ten minutes for someone to attend to us... when we arrived at the restaurant. When indicating the table that we were going to occupy, the seats were wet, we had to waitfor them to dry. Once the order was made, and after about 20 to 25 minutes, they bring one of the 2 sides offered on the plateand only for one of the 2 diners (a salad)... the rest of the order took about 30 to 40 minutes more. To top it off, thecutlery was dirty, so we also had to wait for it to be changed for clean ones to finally be able to have dinner. I definitelydo not recommend it! Read more
The Outback in our hometown is downright unedible. Everytime we come to Henderson we make it a point to eat here at least once... before we go home because the cheese fries are delicious, the steak is cooked just how we like it, and the service is alwaysexcellent. Service may be slower at times but their is a national shortage of workers so it's 100% understandable. Staff issuper nice. Read more

Nice place, very clean compared with others in town
I love this place! I got the filet mignon, seasoned rice, and loaded mashed potatoes during my most recent visit. All were... really good! The couple of times I've been there the service is a bit slow, but I get the sense that there may not be enoughwaiters or they are just generally overwhelmed. It doesn't really bother me but could be something to note for any impatientpatrons out there. That being said though, the staff has always been really nice and the food never disappoints! Read more
I came to do a custody exchange and didn?t think much about going out to eat by myself. But decided to sit down instead of... ordering to go. I?m so glad I did. Right away I was greeted as soon as I came in by a sweet older gentleman. I was seated rightaway in the booth by the door and the server took my drink order immediately after he introduced himself. I was given plenty oftime to decide on what I wanted without being rushed. My food came out promptly an no other words could describe it other thanperfect. Everything was cooked just right and flavor was amazing. I sent my husband a picture and he got a little jealous.Honestly the best service I?ve ever had at an Outback Steakhouse. The server even was checking on me and talking to me because Iwas by myself. I highly recommend eating here. Read more
Hadn't been to one in years. And I think the quality may have gone down some. Staff were kind & friendly. Service was slow... though & the food was rather lacking for the price. With plenty of tastier options in the area I'd much rather go elsewhere. Read more
