Reviews for Mr Gatti's Pizza in Evansville, IN
The buffet sets this arcade place aside from others! There’s bumper cars and a trampoline too. The back is a little dark so... keep an eye on those toddlers if you have runners like me! Read more
50% of the games are down. Although it Looks like none of the rides are up and running, its just super darkinside. In from out... of town and its just like ours. Small selection of games and again, only half of them are up and running. Plus walked in to seea kid helping with the work. Sure it's a one off but he was too cute helping and he was super sweet. Plus the staff were supernice which is always a plus. We'd come back again but make sure we have more time. Read more
Food was so much better than I first assumed. The salad bar was very clean and fresh. The pizza was very good. The only thing I... didn't like is that you had to buy a sort of preloaded credit card to play their games which is a great business move in theaspect that I bet allot of people don't spend it all, but extra hoops to jump through to spend money I already have in cash so Iended up not playing games. They have a large theater eating area playing SpongeBob which is a great way to get kids to taketheir time while eating. Read more
My daughter and I took my 2 yr old grandson. The salad, pizza & breadsticks were good. All you can eat buffet and we ate in the... room with huge screens playing SpongeBob. Then we went to play games and jonah enjoyed the jeep ride and little teapots. It wasa nice way to enjoy our Sunday afternoon. Read more
This is the first time going and was rather disappointed. I gave it 4 stars solely on the fact they had bumper cars, small... bowling, and the ride similar to the liberty launch at Holiday World. It was a saturday night and was busy, but what lines therewas, moved at a decent pace. The food was decent. Its a self bus place, at least for now, however when we went to get more food, someone cleared our table and drink cups so we no longer had cups. The game room was the biggest disappointment. Figuring howbig Evansville is and the amount of people, I was expecting it to be larger. They had some good games to play, but overall theamount of games compared to people was disappointing. Walked around in circles alot waiting to play games, if others didnt cut,or figure out what to play again. Numerous games were down. The game card didn't want to register on half the games we attemptedto play. Came with the expectation to stay for an hour or two, left after about 40 or so minutes, including time to eat.Probably won't be back, and if so only for the food. Read more
Took my 8 year old and 16 month old to eat and play to get them out of the house for a few hours. We hadn’t been to Gatti Town... in a long while and now we remember why! $65 and the buffet had very little to choose from and what was there was not good. Thepizza was very saucy and just didn’t taste good, the pasta tasted as if it had been sitting a while and nothing really fordessert … we ended up getting something else to eat on the way home. The game prizes are very cheap my daughter spent 300tickets on a pop it that didn’t even pop thankfully the lady at the counter let her change it out for a couple other littlethings like a bracelet and a little squishy ball. Let’s just say next time we wanna get out of house it will definitely beChuck E. Cheese’s or sky zone. EDIT: someone from GattiTown replied to my review asking me to reach out to them by email sothat they could make it right I did reply by email and have not received a response after a week… Read more
This review is based on a dine in experience with the buffet. What was once a pretty common chain of pizza restaurants... Mr.Gattis is always a stop when I find one. Unfortunately many are gone now, and honestly I don't know why. This particularrestaurant had a feeling of general "need of cleaning". Tables were somewhat clean, as were the plates for the buffet. Only Cokeproducts on hand for drinks. Buffet and salad bar were well stocked. The pizza undercarriage was not crisp, rather chewyinstead. The dough has great flavor. The sauce is deep red, spread evenly across the pizza. Sauce had great tomato flavor aswell. The cheese was slightly greasy, and also had a great flavor. The crust had a very nice snap. Being that it was a buffet, Itried many pieces. They have an entire section of specialty pizzas as well including a wonderful Buffalo Chicken. This pizza hasa unique flavor. One that most seem to really enjoy. I am one of those people. I would definitely recommend this pizza place.Well stocked buffet and salad bar. Dessert pizzas as well. And kids seem to love the game room. Read more
My daughter (8 yrs) was nonstop all about this place. I personally had a great time from the helpful young guy at the front to... the end of our grand adventure back in ticket change in. The woman (Candace) back there went above and beyond for my little girland as she did the little boy before us. Candace was polite, down to earth and ever so patient with my child and her bouncingoff the walls demeanor, that we will actually come back soon! I just hope she's working and not the little (workers) teenagegirls running around focusing on their guy friends instead of a first time customer who didn't know what was what and whereeverything was. But it for sure was worth going and having the excitement and non stop chatter about how nice that lady was allthe way home!!!! Thank you Read more
