Every time I go there either the dining room is closed, Especially for breakfast!! Have yet to get any breakfast from them. Or... it takes forever to get my order placed. Once I receive the food it's ALL COLD DEFINITELY the fries. And when I ask for hot,fresh fries there Hard. Just decided to NEVER go back, again tried to get breakfast last Wednesday at 7am only Drive thru wasopen. Read more

This McDonald's in Evansville was hands down the BEST one I've ever been to. Not only was the food fresh, but EVERY single... person I dealt with was super friendly, and had a great personality. Will definitely stop in again! Read more
Worst big Mac I've ever had. Once I located the tiny beef patties, they looked old, dried up and shriveled, like the president.... The chicken nuggets must have been out for hours. The whole meal was inedible. Hire better employees. Read more
Went through drive thru last night after fireworks on the river. I didn't mind it was busy I wasn't in no hurry. Got up there to... order and lady cut my order short and wouldn't let me finish my order. Then got an attitude when I was surprised she cut meshort and got rude. Didn't apologize or anything. I work at a restraunt if I would have done this I would have got myself chewedout by my manager. U never cut off a customer while they trying to order. So I left and went to First Ave where we are areserved politely and with patience. My suggestion more training on customer service. Read more
I love McDonald's, and this used to be my favorite location. I come here at least once a week, and I usually get pretty good... service. That's all changed this week though. On Tuesday, I ordered a plain cheeseburger and a large fry through the app,nothing huge. Few cars were in the parking lot and drive thru, and it took them over 20 minutes to bring me my order. It was alittle frustrating, but I brushed it off and went on my way. Today, however, was worse. I had the same small order through theapp, and while they were a little busier, I waited 35 minutes for no one to come. I decided to walk into the store and politelyask if they had gotten my order. They seemed to have no idea that the order had been placed, even though I had the digitalreceipt to prove it. They did give me my order and it was fresh, so at least the food was still good. I consider myself to be apatient person and I understand that sometimes things get busy, but it should not take 35 minutes to get my order, and my orderapparently was not even acknowledged to begin with. This is a great McDonald's to visit! Even though they're under construction at this moment in time, they are still fast and... friendly. I've gone to this one numerous times before the construction and after and never had any issues here. They always getmy orders right and are nice as can be which is what you want when you are going through the drive thru. Read more
I usually have a pretty good experience at this McDonald?s but today was a different story. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder... meal. I get to the window and was asked to park because they were waiting on fries. Ok no problem. I didn?t have to wait longbut my fries were barley warm so I was wondering why I was even parked to begin with. I?m on my lunch break so I didn?t want totake the time to go in so I just eat the barely warm fries. I open my sandwich and immediately wondered how I was going to eatit because it was just overflowing with toppings. I manage to hold it together and eat most of it but I only had two napkins towipe my hands with, which wasn?t enough. I guess I should be thankful I got that many because usually it?s none. Anyway, Iattached a picture of the box when I was finished. I think they should retrain their workers on how to make a sandwich peoplecan eat without ruining their clothes because what they gave me was a bit ridiculous. Read more
