I don't even know where to start. I ordered the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch sandwich minus the mayo & avocado. Naturally I choose... the Mac n cheese as my one side. Holy moly cannoly that was a very flavourful sandwich. Oh so filling as well. It hadturkey,bacon and cheese on it. They top it with Jalapeño chips on a Jalapeño ciabatta bread. Ordered on the McAlisters app like we always do, I showed up 30 minutes after placing the order that said 20 minute wait. The... girl at the pickup window wasn?t very friendly and informed me that they were out of the carrot cake (not the first time) so Iasked if I could do the chocolate cheese cake for a substitute (like what normally happens) and she rolled her eyes and said letme check if we have it. So this review is a two parter lol. Here we go. Last night my Husband and I ordered mcalister's over there website. I ordered a... grilled chicken Caesar wrap with 3 modifications and my husband ordered the French dip with no modifications. We arrived to pickup our order. When we arrive we added on a lemonade a side of tomato soup, since it wasn't available to choose on the website,in an extra side of Caesar dressing. It seemed like we had our entire order and we went home. When we arrived and we pulled outour food we noticed that there was no azure sauce for the French dip and there was no meat on my chicken wrap. Now. Havingworked in food service I know that mistakes can be made and I wasn't terribly upset even though I was very hungry. Everythingelse about the order was correct. The soup was amazing, the wrap even though it had no meat on it was really tasty and myhusband's sandwich was still delicious. I called the restaurant to let them know that there were a few errors on the order. Ispoke with Ali, she was supernice, Very understanding about the mix up with our order. Without being prompted she immediatelysuggested that they remake my food. She offered to make the entire order but considering that the wrap was the only real error,I told her simply remaking it would be perfectly fine. She took my name and number down along with my order. Part 2! Fastforward to the next day. I get off work and I head over to mcalister's. When I arrive there is almost nobody there which iswonderful. The manager on staff was named David and he along with the workers there were super nice and understanding about myorder mix up. After mentioning my conversation with Ali the night before they immediately set to making a new meal for me. Againthey asked if I would like to have my sides remade as well but I told them it was fine the wrap was the only thing that wasincorrect.
