I have been a huge fan of insomnia since they opened but my last FOUR orders have been awful! The cookies are crispy & one order... tasted like soap. They do their own deliveries majority of the time and have left my order at the wrong apartment. When Icalled, they had a major attitude as if it was my fault! Their customer service has been awful. Great atmosphere but it doesn?t matter because they don?t cater to all diets. And it?s just another expensive cookie place. A... truly great cookie shop, will have cookies for every diet. One vegan cookie option does not count. Vegans are always gettingleft out, and things have to change. Read more

Ordered pick up and got two cookies with ice cream. The cookies were unbelievably overcooked and hard. The plastic spoons... couldn?t even make a dent. Had to wait to get home with metal utensils and even then they were so hard it took a good amount ofstrength to get the spoon through the cookie which would just result in the shard of cookie going flying across the room.Absolutely terrible considering how expensive it is. My first food delivery for Lyft entailed me picking up an order from this establishment. The order, upon arrival, was clearly... marked for DoorDash. The "csr" was extremely rude.
