My wife and I have been eating here more often lately. The ultimate omelet, and sausage gravy are awesome! The staff is fast and... friendly!! Employees seemed veryunhappy to be there. I waited in drive thru at least 8 cars long for about 15 minutes. The food was great when we ate in thecar. Came to this location with my family. It?s a Monday night. We decided to splurge and get some big juicy burgers. Hardee?s has... always been one of the best burgers in fast food. Prices can be steep, but it?s always been worth it until tonight. We haven?tbeen in years. They had a promotion for their rewards for a free burger with purchase, but it wasn?t on the app and the peopleworking knew nothing about how to do it. So they?ve gotten no training for the app at all. When we ordered the guy couldn?tunderstand what my wife was trying to order and it was right their on the menu. When we got the food I got five ranches and allwere spoiled, the burgers were burnt, fries were extremely salty, they didn?t even put on of our fries on the order. I highlydoubt this is an isolated incident. This location needs work. At least for night shift. If I could afford the pay cut id helpthem out personally. Read more
