This place has gone down in quality. The table was gross, sticky. We asked for it to be cleaned. The server let out a big sigh,... came back with a rag so wet that we were splashed as we were held our chips and salsa up. We asked about the beers they serveand we were told to ?go read the wall?. My food was burnt, my husband?s food was pathetic in portion. We honestly thought itwas a kids meal. We asked for our ticket and left. On the way out, I spoke to the ?manager?, she ?wasn?t sure she wanted to bethe manager?. I explained our unhappiness and she offered a coupon. She was the one that brought our food to our table, shecould see/ smell the burnt. She never should have brought that to the table! Worst experience ever! Went 30-45 minutes after opening. Had a simple chicken on the beach with tortillas. The food was not good, seemed like the... chicken on the beach was warmed up from last nights leftovers and the tortillas were dry and stuck together. Definitely one ofthe worst experiences I have had at a Mexican restaurant. Read more

Staff was very friendly, place was clean, and service was quick. However, the salsa tasted like straight tomato paste, the chips... were stale, the queso portion for $5 was a joke especially since it was cold and covered in scallions, which was odd. My burritowas literally only chicken inside a tortilla with instant white rice on the side instead of lime flavored. Will not be back. Read more

It was excellent, our waiter was on the spot. I got the " famous wet Burrito, it lived up to its name. Hacienda is good food.... It was wonderful eating our late evening meal. I would give the place a 10 our of 10! Read more

Had a wait time of 50 minutes but they were busy. Spent time with family in a group of 8. Melissa was our waitress and she was... excellent. The restaurant was clean and our waitress deserved the best of a tip if not more. I ordered the Hacienda Wrap andit tasted GREAT! I?ve been to Hacienda before but never had ordered this before. It comes with chicken but they let mesubstitute for steak. It came with a lot of tasty steak! My family and I were very impressed with our experience and will bereturning. They also easily accommodated us as we had a five month old baby with us. I highly recommend this restaurant and byall means ask for Melissa. The bathroom was super clean and easily handicap accessible as I walk with a cane. Read more

The waitress we had was absolutely wonderful. She stayed on top of our drinks & checked on us often to make sure we didn't need... or want anything else. I think her name was Carly at the North 41 location. Read more
