Granny's is the best! Breakfasts are better than any other restaurant, ever! Lunches are the best. Love the country cooked in... flavors. No other to compare. Grandys in Evansville use to be ok but its gotten real bad. Between the serving of old food, long waits and then getting under... what you paid for in food quantity its simply not worth the pain. Chicken is good if it isn't real old. That usually isn't the case though cause out of the last 5 times I have been there I was... only able to get chicken once due to the fact there was not enough chicken ready for 2 -2 piece meals. Was told each time itwould be at least 20 minutes until more chicken was ready. That means they hadn't even started cooking more chicken yet. Ridiculous.........don't think I'm going to try any more. If I could give it Zero starts I would!! This used to be a nice clean place to eat today I got the biscuits and gravy meal I... asked for steak I got these little burnt cold pieces of bacon!! As I was waiting I noticed just how dirty this place is aswell.. there is a overgrown tree/ bush in the drive thru area. I sat in the parking lot to eat my food and noticed all the pilesof cigarette bits laying around as well the windows of the place look as if they haven?t been washed in years!
