It's absolutely terrible service everytime we go there. They somehow manage to have ample employees and still terrible service.... Employee argued with me about the report card rewards. My son has 3As 2Bs and 3Es. Everywhere we go they count Es and As andthey have done it as well in the past. Now I'm told they don't count Es and As which literally makes it impossible for my son toget the double scoop reward. Read more
We have been going to ritzys for years and it has been steadily declining. Finally, tonight I got a cold burger. I thought maybe... it was because we got it to go, but on inspection it was still very pink. Same with my husband?s. I decided against posting thepicture of what I spit out. I called and the phone went unanswered for 2 rounds of calling. I will call and speak with a managerin the morning and update this post based on what they say. Read more

Website and sign on window says they're open until 10. They had the doors locked. Only the drive thru was operating, so I left.... This was at the First avenue location, and was 7:45pm. Read more
My husband and I have never had a bad experience at the First Ave. location. Our fish sandwiches and fries are always cooked... perfectly (and never soggy). The last time we went, the girl working the window took her time to read back the items in the bagsto ensure they had gotten everything and was very friendly and professional. Also their 'flavored' colas are the best. We lovegoing there for a quick, inexpensive and delicious meal! Read more
Got the Deluxe Salad and it was great. Once you get all the fixens on it, it truly becomes a meal. Plus the 50's music is great... to lesson to! Read more
