Love this chickfila. Eat here at least 3 times a week and always bring there nugget trays to parties. Excellent customer... service. I prefer this place over all others in Evansville. Ordered 1 sandwich 15 min. Out from restaurant. Got there 10 people standing and several not busy. Never offered to help. ... Finally called back for my food. I finally had to leave. Manager on duty did not care at all. This store has really gone downhill. I will never go back. The old owner would have never let this kind of service happen. Justin didn't care. Waited at the window for 5 minutes, just to be pulled forward to the red sign, and had to wait an additional 11 minutes for a... spicy chicken meal. I got to watch car after car drive off with their food while I had to wait 16 minutes for a spicy chickenmeal. When I finally got it and drove off, I took a drink of the sprite and could tell they hadn't changed the bag in a goodwhile. Read more

Food is always great for the price. My only complaint are the wait times in the drive thru, 45 minutes for a salad and a... sandwich is way too long. Being extremely busy is good for business and reflects well on you guys, but man some sort ofexpansion or a rework to the drive through to help with the lines would be nice. Read more

The drive thru is always speedy but the inside has seen better days. I know the focus is on being fast, but for those of us who... want to eat inside, it would be nice to have a clean table. Several people standing around and the other family next to us hadto go ask someone to come clean the tables so they could sit together.
