Great place for a nice family meal! Prices fair and food is great
The service was very good. We were seated in a small, cozy booth. However, one of the seats and the table itself had excessive... water. It appeared that someone had walked all over the table and seat. Might have been a leak. But, the food and service by ourwaitress were very nice!! Read more
I?m from St. Louis, MO, and this is the first time I?ve been sorely disappointed at a Bob Evans. My family?s food was... unappealing/unappetizing. The pancakes looked like sponges, we thought the ?fresh? scrambled eggs were powdered because theywere not scrambled; looked like they were fried hard, bacon was raw, ham looked like it was cooked on top of a griddle thathasn?t been cleaned in 5 years, medium well steak was closer to rare, chicken tenders were over cooked aka burnt, home fries andhash browns were charred. The only things that were good: our beverages and some fresh fruit. The manager was understanding whenwe told him we were going somewhere else due to an incompetent cook. Read more

So disappointed!!! After calling Bob Evans five different times to inform them that I had ordered ham by mistake instead of... turkey no one answered. So, I went inside and stood in line for 45 minutes waiting, which during that time I had asked severalpeople behind the counter to help me, when I finally got my food. My order was supposed to be a curbside pickup. After receivingmy food, as you can see in the picture it was pretty pathetic!!! The food was cold, I didn't even receive a whole piece ofturkey and I had paid $2 more for ham which I asked them to replace it with extra turkey instead of doing a refund. Theyactually gave me more stuffing to make it look like I had extra turkey, so sad to rip people off especially when I paid over $20for this meal, which included tax as well as a tip that was not deserved! I was asked if I wanted to wait for the rolls or if Iwanted biscuits that they already had and I said I could wait, since I had waited this long, and when I finally got home, thejust cooked rolls were cold as well and not completely cooked! Very disappointed with the food as well as the service!!! Ididn't even receive gravy nor did I get cranberry relish that was part of the meal, wow!!! I do not recommend this place ever ifyou're wanting a good Thanksgiving dinner. I am thankful that I will be celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow with my family atleast I know the food will be cooked correctly and the things that are supposed to be hot will be hot and the things that aresupposed to be cold will be cold!
