Pizza is good but delivery service needs work. Was basically told i had to tip because his job didnt pay very good. Told him... over the phone when he called complaining about no tip that we didnt have any more money for a tip he was rude and ignorant tomy husband demanding a tip. One of the last dine in Pizza Hut's. We always go here when we visit Evanston. I don't understand the bad reviews. I almost... didn't come back in this time due to those reviews, but since we've always had great service we returned. As usual it didn'tdisappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive despite being busy. The pizza crust was buttery and crispy. They made mydaughter who is bald feel very welcome. She gets stared at a lot and they helped her smile. They even suggested ways to order sowe would get a better value. Thanks for making our trip to Evanston awesome ???? Read more
Ordered a large pepperoni, 8 piece wing and a meaty marinara?only to receive a chicken Alfredo?when called we were told that the... meaty marinara was ?discontinued? and that?s fine?.but why would we get sent Alfredo when that was not what was asked for? Whenwe called the girl sounded under the influence as well as the manager and we have some of it recorded! A week later and 0response from the GM and 0 response from corporate about the matter?.but they managed to take the ?discontinued? item off themenu?but still no comment about the service! As of late, ive been scared to order through them bc of how my pizzas came out the last 3 times. My Garlic chicken pizza was not... cooked all the way and so I had to decide either to eat it or not. I'm not going to stop ordering from them but I definitelythink I'll order with caution. Read more
Ordered at 9:17 pm..... It is now 12:19 am. $30, 3 hours, and no delivery! I called them 50 mins passed the expected time at... 10:14 pm (roughly 11:05 pm), but they had shut off their phones. If they couldn't deliver, they should have called me and toldme it will be much later or could have offered a refund. No harm, no foul right?! I will be calling them when they open. I knowthey are struggling at this location, but this is unacceptable! I don't know if I will be ordering from here in the future. Ireally want to keep doing so, but at this moment in time, I highly recommend against it. Pick up should be ok, and the food iswell made, but if you want delivery, order early in the day. DO NOT order late, you WILL NOT get it for hours or even get it atall! ????????????????! Read more
Recent reviews seem to make me want to steer clear. I had a bad experience a couple months back. Haven't ordered since. Won't be... tonight. Tried again tonight. 30 dollars for a Detroit style pizza and a order of bread sticks. Pizza was not Detroit style andthe whole two boxes are smaller than a loaf of bread. Read more
