At 11pm on Saturday night passing through Evanston, I would not have expected to be treated to one of the best McDonald?s meals... in recent memory. And yet, I was greeted by a friendly young man, order placed without any hassle, order filled by a friendlygal, and back on my way in no time. Online ordered to my table waited 40 mins for fries. They forgot my order entirely. Tables are filthy almost always. Best thing... they got going is their food quality is decent except the the spicy mcchicken that all the mayo was on the side and in the papernot on the sandwich. Read more
I drive for Door Dash & they are terrible with orders when certain employees aren't there. When an order for Door Dash comes in,... it goes in line with people in the lobby ordering. I've seen my order at the top & 7 lobby orders under it & they will do allthe lobby orders first. Sometimes, even tho they know I'm there to pick up an order, they will leave it in back, a few times foralmost 5 minutes while they do other orders. It's frustrating! Read more
Mcdonalds has near always been friendly and the most dependable for fast food. This restaurant was good. Theyre under alot of... pressure but no wait here. Down side, hearing of unkind management is not desireable as the staffs well being should be ofpersonal interest to us as some see mcdonalds more than family. Tip: "Reprove betimes with kindness when moved upon by thespirit but show forth afterwards an increase in love to him/her whom thou has reproved." This is one of the better McDonald's that I've been to. Their service was fast and accurate and the fries were hot and fresh... with the right amount of salt and my Filet-O-Fish was fresh and a bun was very soft. Definitely one of the best McDonald's ever Read more
In drivethru. Ordered two sandwiches, 2 large coffees, came to $10.37. $1.00 coffees, it's great. The woman that took my order,... you could hear her smile over the speaker. So nice to be greeted with a little chuckle, I think she is the woman on the register, all smiles, and quipped a little. Giving me my order was a another big smile.
