So incredibly rude! Do yourself a favor and never come here. Terrible customer service. I?ve been here 3 times and this is... definetly my last ! (Notable each time such a bad experience! Everytime I come here i am greeted with same rude and snappylady! Today she was rushing me to place my online order at 7:15 when it doesn?t close till 9pm??? Then takes forever to make theorder and goes to the back despite rushing me. She complained about my dad eating messy on the table MIDbite instead of waitingfor him to finish (which he was going to clean!) I asked her to toast my sandwich and instead, she puts a whole bunch oflettuce. It turned into a heated argument despite it being a fixable issue saying she can?t toast it anymore. If things wereaccidental or misheard it would?ve been okay, but making me feel like a nuissance is not okay. A sandwich shouldn?t be a hassleand i shouldn?t be yelled at? Definetly not a family place either the way she rushing us. It?s this same lady who givescondescending attitude and I hope to never see her again. I?m such a subway lover but this has been super annoying. I?ll go outof my way to eat at any other subway in Evanston. I hope i never see this lady again! Read more
Don't eat here, please just don't... Details... [1] the door states to eat in you need vaccine proof. No one checked and didn't... care [2] Men's Bathroom was in horrendous care, toilet paper all over, filth covered toilet seat and just made it impossible touse the bathroom. [3] food is not replaced in a timely manner. I had the buffalo chicken and it was just not right. I skipped afew toppings because they were just old and dehydrated. It was really horrible in this subway. [4] staff irritated that I wantto scan for my loyalty points and ultimately gave up and just wanted me to leave by the glare I was getting at checkout. Steak and Cheese melt had a few shreds of old-tasting steak, barely noticeable cheese, stale tasting bread. Very dry sub. Dry.... Bad. Just bad. Read more
Horrible service he made my sandwich wrong and I gave him a paper with instructions But he didn't toast the bread. Really rude... and I come at least 2 a week well never again. And my fellow Evanstonians you should boycott this place customer service sucks.I wish I can give Them 0 stars that's what subway on Dempster and Dodge deserves. Read more
I literally just walked out this facility. The genetlemen who goes by the name of ?Kyle? just in case he was lying he worked... today?s (Sunday) shift around 6 o clock. He did not speak when I walked into the building. Had an attitude while he made mysandwich. He took my money with his gloves on and did not change them. He basically threw my sandwich together throwing all myingredients onto the sandwich and then when I asked him to not have an attitude while he made my sandwich he asked me toleave..... I didn?t leave until my sandwich that I paid for was done being made. And on top of that the ingredients sitting outlooked like they?ve been sitting there the entire day. I thought Subways slogan was eat fresh? HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will not bereturning to this location and will be telling people about my service here. Read more
Workers are all very nice & quite considerate to me. My Subway at Dodge & Main Street closed before Halloween, 2017. I really... liked the owners & miss them. My new Subway is Dodge & Dempster in Evanston. I like this store and employees are efficient. Thestore is kept well-stocked & clean. Read more
The employees are polite, the service is fast, the place is clean to eat, and sandwiches are perfectly made.
