This is the second time I been charged for cookies and did not get them! The girl that works there is a sweetheart and is always... so friendly with me but not pleased with the other employees here. It seems that when I go at times it's busy they don't seem topay attention to what a customer requests or wants. 10.00 is quiet a lot to spend on a six inch sub sandwich chips addedcookies. I tried to go back today after everything that has occurred with Covid-19. They're usually fast and courteous. There was one... customer in front of me, the employee started my sandwich while the other customers sandwich was in the oven. Oven beeped andthe employee finished that customers transaction. The employee exchanged words with the other employee, who noticed she neededassistance. The lady that started to make my sandwich proceeded to throw my sandwich away and go to the back with the containerthat was holding the chicken. Didn't acknowledge me or say she'll be back. The other employee proceeded to help the customerbehind me and also didn't acknowledge me. I just left. Acknowledgement is key if you're not trying to lose customers. Read more
