Just had the most disappointing experience! I ordered a pizza for delivery and they deliver the incorrect pizza. When I called... ask them to send me the correct pizza. They told me that I had to bring the pizza to them before they would exchange it! Thisreview is for the Evanston location. So I do believe I've posted it for the correct location. Read more

I?ve been a a patron since this location opened up. For the most part whatever I order always comes out wonderful 9 out of 10... times I order. I never have an issue. The photo I posted was the 1 time that my pizza was overbooked ??????????? . I?ll updatereview once I order again. Read more

If you're looking for a slice of cheese pizza don't come here. They contaminate all of their pizzas with pork so if you're... vegetarian or vegan You are out of luck. The 3CHZ baked penne is absolutely fantastic. Every bite was amazing. Hands down one of the best pastas I?ve ever had.

Just this past weekend, me & my family ordered a catering package from this location for about 30 people. It was absolutely... amazing. Highly recommend the Party Package #2. The Italian beef was fantastic and they even through in a couple of extra piecesof bread. They also provided silver ware & utensils as well. Will definitely be ordering from this Rosatis again! Decent pizza, terrible delivery times. If you schedule a delivery ahead of time, expect it to be a half hour later than what you... want. And expect the staff to not care. Pizza is passable but they are consistently late. Probably not gonna order from themagain. Read more

We ordered pizza for the staff at our office. We forgot to put the street name on the order and instead of calling us, the... delivery went to some random, not even the same number address. Even the people who was it was delivered to told the driver itwas wrong. Then they called to tell us that it was delivered somewhere else, refused to send another, and said it was our fault.The woman on the phone was argumentative and rude My boss ended up having to go to where the pizza was dropped off to retrieveit. I'm highly disappointed in this location. I was very excited when they first opened because I've been a Rosati's fan for years -... at other locations. Finally one opened near my home. But time and again this location has disappointed. Today is the last straw.Sorry, Rosati's, I'm done with you now. Among my prior complaints is that they deliver late - hours later than promised, notminutes. And then the food arrives cold. Given the Covid disruptions, I chalked up their troubles to that and made allowances. Iquit ordering for delivery and have since instead always picked up my orders. On delivery, the store manager fed me one story;the front desk staff gave me another; and the driver yet a third - but what was clear was that there was friction between thedrivers and the store. Today, I ordered lunch for me and a business associate. We went to pick up our lunch. A to go package washanded to me, which I didn't realize was necessary to open and inspect before leaving. Getting back to the office, I found thatthe side order items were missing from the order - plus the main items were missing ingredients. I'd ordered through theirwebsite because I've given up placing phone orders (they put you on hold and never return before the call the is disconnected.)Their website is flawed - promo codes for example NEVER work. But I've ordered today's lunch items a number of times on thewebsite and never had trouble. However, today, I was told the reason my order didn't have the items I'd selected was that I'dselected 'no BBQ sauce' on an Italian Beef sandwich. I stated there was no option involving BBQ sauce - I'd selected the peppersI wanted added. I didn't receive them.
