Pretty reliable location. The soda is always perfectly crisp. Sometimes the burger buns and meat aren't that fresh, though.
Do not go here if you are going inside to order. You will be waiting for a long time. This place prioritizes the drive through... and online orders. There was a mom complaining how her son had to wait 20 minutes to get his food. Another customer warned uswhen we were entering of the way in person customers are made to wait. I heard the manager say that if you don't like waiting,use the drive through. We check the orders we had before leaving and one was not complete. Check your order before leaving thisplace. Read more
I am very disappointed. They give you the wrong order. The ones working through the drive through are extremely rude. Then when... I get my order it's not correct, but because I had to get to work. I had to take my order with a missing sausage McGriddle and asausage burrito. I ordered 2 sausage McGriddle's and a sausage burrito with a Carmel Frappe and Micha Frappe. So I am out 5dollars and something cents. I am so disappointed. I have had previous problems with my orders at this location. I should takethat as a sign to never return. If you are fine with giving money away and not getting what you paid for and it taking 7+minutes and still they messed up my order. Wonder if the person who I got their order received the same order or did they makeit fresh. Because I opened it in front of them and watched them put the bag at the side of the window. I have always had issues with this place yet I keep trying to give them another chance. During the day they are great but at... night they are terrible, they are open yet don?t answer the drive through. They are extremely slow and they have yet to get mylate night order right. I just ordered chicken nuggets and they couldn?t give me the right amount. Something as simple as that. I finally have given up and would never recommend this place or go here again, I will go out of my way to another location ifI want McDonalds. Read more
While the breakfast crew is always spot on, the nite crew was sorely lacking. I repeated my order six times. It was wrong each... time. The most notable was them having me order a cheeseburger with no cheese. Who does that? Wouldn't you just order ahamburger? I finally just backed up and left. Just couldn't take it anymore. Read more
Horrible place. My food was not delivered to me. I ordered at the kosik and was told to take a number and go sit down at my... seat. So I chose the number 52 and I entered it into the keypad before I paid. I paid and I went and sat down with the number52. I waited an hour for my order which never showed up, so I took my number 52 and I went up to the counter and asked where myorder was. I was told they were working on it and that they would deliver it to my table once they got done. I told him it takesan hour just to make a fish sandwich,? I was in told to go step back down and they would take my order and deliver it to me. Iwaited another half hour, and got extremely angry and just left. Awful customer service and they screw up my order and have an attitude when I try to get my order corrected or replaced and I... could still be at the restaurant when this occurs. This is a awful place. Read more
