I mean, the sandwiches are standard for any JJ's, you either love them or hate them. I tend to gravitate more towards customer... service, and this place, in particular, is very good at making people feel welcome and addressing their needs, Even forsomething as simple as a sandwich. Tonight's order was not good. The bacon is usually hot but was cold and greasy. Sandwich was not as ordered. Was not put... together with any care - most everything fell out when I opened the bag. Cannot recommend this store. Read more
I work at a neighboring store and come to Jimmy John's every now and then. Today, really was amazing. I was outside shoveling to... make a pathway for our clients from the street to the sidewalk (our sidewalk was clear because our landlord did what they weresupposed to do.) I cannot say the same for the rest of Sherman Ave. Although our landlord shoveled our sidewalk, the path fromthe street to the sidewalk was still covered with snow. I went to make a pathway. A 78 YEAR OLD WOMAN stopped me and insistedshe take my shovel to go shovel the rest of Sherman Ave. I tried to stop her, but the sidewalks were horrible, and she wouldn'tstop, so I helped her. I also went into every business and let them know a 78 year old woman was shoveling their sidewalk. JimmyJohns was the ONLY one that came out to shovel. The young man behind the counter came to shovel, and he was so nice!!!! I cannotsay the same about Blaze right next door. Read more

They have a Jimmy John's a mile from my house but claim they can't deliver to me, so I call the Skokie location which is a half... a mile farther and even they can't deliver to me. If your motto is "Freaky Fast and Freaky Good" then maybe you should work ondelivering to people in the same hometown as the restaurant Read more
One of the best Jimmy John's I've ordered from... freaky fast seems to be true at this location. I ordered my food and got up... from my desk and the delivery person was already here. Awesome service Read more
