Usual slice of sausage and tried their beef taco on a to -go order.. It took 20 minutes to fix taco and dude used bare hands to... spread shredded cheese. Taco was terrible & NASTY! Meanwhile, pizza got cold?.asked to reheat it and they burn it. Read more

For years I have thought that Gigio's is one of the closest to New York style we have in/near Chicago (there are in-city and... Evanston locations). Good New York style pizza. But best kept secret about Gigio?s: their unexpected items are amazing. Some are specials and some... are regular. The Cemita Poblana is out of this world, and they use happy chicken from Harrison?s. They make their own ranch fortheir chicken tenders. Their lamb burger is shot through with mint and perfectly charred with super lemony mayo and delicatepickled onions. And the prices are reasonable. And their ?grandma pizza? is on point. This was our second time trying Gigio?s, and first time ordering ourselves. We were first introduced to Gigio?s at a friend?s... birthday party, and despite the simplicity (it was a plain cheese pizza with tomato base) I really liked it. I might have beenhungry but anyway, thought to give it a try earlier today and we were not disappointed! It was easy ordering online, came out ontime and it was hot and tasty. Customer service was great. Big plus for me personally. I don?t return to a business with badcustomer service even if the food is amazing. Thank you, we?ll be back. Read more
