Unacceptable Racist experience! Terrible behavior and customer service. We requested to accommodate 6 people on patio but it... was rejected right away stating they allow 5 people or less on patio. However, on the neighboring table they were sitting 7people and nobody questioned them. (Obviously not brown people). We did not ask for any special request and were treated rudelyand in an unprofessional way. Non white people should also be treated with equal respect. AVOID THESE PLACE! Not worth it. Worst experience ever. I felt racism in service where they can allow more than 6 people to sit at a time but they cant say... anything to group of 7 who was already sitting at the table. The manager was not even ready to listen or understand theexplanation and didn't let me finish but keep arguing if I can let him finish. I told the manager How I felt this as racism andhis argument was that he didn't feel that. We had two tables and staff told that they cant order until all the 6 people are atthe table. Just cant talk to the manager either and hope he is going to educate the staff for better customer service. I havebeen to flattop and it has been my favorite place. Never visiting this place again or even flattop again. Google should start -5stars now. May be it will help on how I feel now. Read more
Still the place to make your own Asian bowl and have their Cooks grill it. Over 80 choices of food. Options include having their... Cooks prepare special dishes. Iced tea, cola, and alcohol are available. While pricier, say, then Panera bread the food is good. Read more

I have been to flat top Grill so many times and it remains a favorite even after all the restaurants I’ve been to. It’s a... great place to take family and friends to because it’s a build your own and then they cook it for you and all the ingredientsare absolutely incredible and delicious. this is a place I have taken my friends and family to and always recommend! Most people who come here opt for the build your own bowl. The choice of vegetables is amazing. There is also plenty of vegan... meat options. What I did not like, however, is that when they bring out the slip to your table asking for your choice of proteinthere is no vegan option there. Which means as a vegan if you want any protein you don’t have a choice but to add it to yourbowl which takes up space, leaving you with less space for other items. I was a little upset about that. Whereas if you atechicken/beef and whatever other kinds of meat, you can just say that on the slip and it’ll get added to your bowl in additionto whatever else you pick. Also, the price is not any less for vegans/vegetarians. I wish that would change that. I have seenpeople load of their bowls to the maximum extent and that’s the best way to go about it. Stuff as much as you possibly can inthe bowls. And then hand it over to the staff who will cook the contents of your bowl and serve it to you. Read more
Sadly we have not been here since pre-covid days. Before that we came here a decent amount when we had some free time away from... the kids. Surprisingly it was not busy tonight when we stopped in. Anna was our server and I will say that she did a great joball around! The options to build your own bowl are great and the food was solid. The pricing has gotten pretty high from what wewere used to and again most things are inflated, but probably could use some adjustments. We enjoyed it and will be back when inthe area. Read more
