To start of the number on the receipt for this location is not active. Second my burgers where made wrong and the beyond burger... patty was completely shredded. Went back with the intention to get a refund but the guy there offered a remake. To say that Ishould have taken my money. They also have an ordering system where you put in your order through a register with a guy on theother screen. I would say avoid this place or be cautious to check your order before you leave the price is not worth the value! Read more
The first time eating at an Epic Burger. This is for the franchise on Sherman in Evanston IL. The food was great and the staff... was amazing!! Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond !! We have a little one that is allergic to peanut and they wereso willing to check labels to insure our little one was safe!! This is awesome!! Most restaurants always act as this is a hugeinconvenience. I totally recommend driving to this location it will be worth the drive. Read more

This the second time I?ve had to post a review. There won?t be a third time because, I?m not wasting my money here again. I?m... allergic to tomatoes, asked for none on my burger. Checked my food before I left and?guess what a tomato was on it. Manager saidhe would remake it, only to then add epic sauce which I had already requested not be put on my burger.
