Ordered cold brew coffee and got iced coffee instead with glass full of ice. Taster horrible and and watered down and when... asked, she said this is how it is suppose to be. We asked her to exchange it with just regular coffee because this tastedterrible and she flat out refused. Would never go to this place.. pay the same and get starbucks.. one of the lady was nice butother was rude and blunt. Read more
I usually have a good experience with the staff and orders I have placed. I normally order ahead and they have my order ready.... They now know me by name, which is nice because I don't have to really say anything but thank you when I walk in. Tho everyoneelse is still standing around waiting for their order. ???? Cheers! Good food and coffee. Great service too
I recently started working at a hospital locally, so this is my quick stop before I go into work. I literally stop here every... day before my shift. They have gotten my order wrong five out of the last six times. I?m not ordering anything complicated, justa veggie omelette sandwich and a cold brew. I?m not sure how I get an iced coffee, and a sausage breakfast sandwich, or someoneelse?s order completely on such a regular basis, but it?s as if no one really seems to pay any attention when they take yourorder. My large was a small, my iced was a hot, my plain coffee was French vanilla, my "signature" coffee was plain. 5 recent tries... and each try was with plenty of employees and no other customers in the store. Even asked for corrections and they walked away. Read more
