This chipotle is not the cleanest. Maybe it was just because it was late (8pm-ish) but the counter area was not desirable. It... seemed as though the worker read my mind because he started cleaning it but then I cringed watching remnants of cheese andlettuce fly into the sour cream and guacamole. Also, my last gripe was that they were out of white rice and the wait was 10minutes so I had to get brown rice. Not the biggest deal but running out of staples shouldn?t happen. Read more

Went to Chipotle today for lunch, the associate at the counter tried to give me a half scoop of rice that barely covered the... bowl, and when I asked for more she tried to ask me if I wanted double so I could be charged double - I would like the fullportion that I asked for, enough to feed me on my lunch. Not a childs portion. Thats just insulting. Someone needs to come tothis Chipotle and fix it cuz this isnt the first time it's happened and I'm not the only one its happening to. Read more
I love them but for the last month I've had them for dinner at least three times a week. Only about 3 times did the chips that I... get every time, have lime on them. If no lime call them unseasoned so I know not to spend money on chips and guac. A waste anddisappointed. Not following the recipe let me know. Read more
This place deserves a 0. Arrived to a very small line just to wait and wait because online orders came in first. When my turn... arrived, I asked for the chicken protein, and I received a half empty spoon. Asked politely and I was turned down by saying thatit was 4oz even though was I got served wasn't even half of that. Now comes the turn of the other condiments and I ask for cornand I'm told there is no more...okay ... I'm about to pay, 4 seconds after the last fast and they just put new corn, so I askpolitely again. I get turned down, my bowl is closed so I can't. Had to suggest a side cup and who seemed the manager forcedthis person to serve me. Overall a very bad experience. Went to this chipotle on 02/25/22. Proceeded to order my usual chicken bowl with guacamole of course. As you can see in the... picture, the guacamole almost appears black. When I questioned the employee that was preparing my bowl, she told me ?this is howour avocados came this time? and actually had this on display for people to order. Ordered online and pick up. When I arrived there's only one bag near the counter. I looked at the receipt saying this doesn't... look like my order. The cashier insisted this is what I ordered and said he's pretty that's what I put into the system. I waslike but the name is not even minenot even my name.
