Had to wait to pick up my order took like 20 minutes to get noticed but after I was noticed had great customer service
I always get the Fajita trio but the steak is tough and the shrimp really small but my drink was good.
We went with a group of old friends during Northwestern Homecoming and our waiter Jackie was phenomenal! They checked in with us... regularly, all of our orders were correct, and the food was warm and delicious. Our friend got the Halloween special and theygave her vampire fangs. So fun! Read more

Short handed staffing. Amazingly my server handled well. Burgers were moist. The fries were perfectly cooked for my taste.... Overall, a pleasantly surprised and well enjoyed dinner with the family given short staff. Read more
Dining here has always been a great experience. My personal favorite is the steak fajitas, and the chips and salsa starter is... an absolute must. We haven't yet been to a Chili's which doesn't have both a well-maintained restaurant and a friendly andresponsive wait staff. They're clearly doing something right across the full chain. Read more
Food was sub-par and the service was slow, definitely expected more out of this Chili's. Ultimately had a good time and powered... through it since I was in good company, but I certainly was not disappointed when my group chose a different restaurant for thenext day. Had a burger and fries, not terribly tasty but I suppose it 'got the job done.' Read more
This is the second time I went and sat at the bar for multiple minutes with both managers staring at me and not saying anything... at all. The first time it was the female manager and she was at the bar talking to a customer and she watched me sit down andnever said anything. Now it's 230 in the afternoon and the male manager with long hair and glasses was sitting at the bar as ifwas a customer and stared at me when I sat down and proceeded to walk in the back and disappear.
