I ordered from Dunkin Donuts not Baskin-Robbins but when I placed the order for my sandwich I asked specifically for jelly, to... go with it, and he said okay and took my money. I was waiting and watching while he looked for bacon and then heated up my food,handling my food with one glove hand and my food wrapper with an ungloved hand. He folded the wrapper put it in a bag and handedthe bag to me and I knew there was no jelly in the bag and I asked again for jelly and he said we have no jelly. I said I askedfor jelly when I place the order then he went to go look for jelly and came back and told me we have no jelly then thesupervisor who prepped food without any gloves came to tell me we have no jelly and how can he give me something they don't havein a rather rude tone.
