Update: Went for lunch, burger and fries for $14. Bun stale. Asked for new bun. Told new bun would be the same as old bun with... a b****y attitude. Walked out. Never again. Original review: Donuts and treats are great - if you're rich. $3.50 for amuffin/donut. $1.75 for a macaron. $4+ for a loaf of bread. Since COVID food quality has gone WAY down. Delicious donuts, not great customer service. Had an issue with the number of donuts in a dozen, my bad, didn't catch that an... apple fritter equalled two donuts. Totally acceptable they are big. But only got ten donuts and one fritter so technically Ipaid for 12 and got 11 essentially. She was irritated and uptight even when I admitted my responsibility. Didn't bother gettingthe one donut they missed. And now, even as a local, I don't feel inclined to go back. My son had eaten one donut when thephoto was taken. They are delicious though. We moved to Wildwood for the small town experience. The first advice we were given by locals was to get donuts at the bakery.... They were not wrong. Everything about the bakery is perfect and they make sandwiches to order. We were given the best experienceat the ice-cream shop and drive there often to visit the staff. we stopped on our way from Edmonton to Hinton. It was 15 minutes before they closed so the selection was slim, as we expected.... We had a bluberry filled donut and chocolate donut.
