I read the complaints here and a lot of them are about length of time to get "fast food". People never consider that EVERY sub... is custom made. On the other hand at McDonalds, Burger King....etc the vast majority of there products are identical. It'scomparing apples to oranges. Read more

The lady was so nice who made our sandwiches. She was also very quick. Very friendly.
My family and I have been out shopping all day and doing chores (groceries and putting them away, the usual) and we stopped at... Subway last-minute. When we went through the drive thru, the man taking our order was extremely monotone, and when we got to ourfourth sandwich he bluntly asked us how many we were ordering. When we pulled up to the window, one of the workers made it veryobvious that he was not happy as he started throwing his arms around in the air while turned to another employee making ourfood, this scene was in front of the window where it was visible. He also ended up throwing one of our sandwiches on the otherside of the table. It was not the most nice thing to do to pull in almost last minute, but in all fairness I?ve experiencedpeople coming in late during my work and I have become annoyed, but it is no excuse to direct that attitude to the costumer.This will not chase me away from subway, as their food isn?t too bad, but I was upset to see the employee react the way he did.It was uncalled for, yet my family still gave him a tip in the end. Having a drive-through is a great feature- when implemented properly. A huge rule of thumb when working at any fast food... establishment is to prioritize the drive-through customers. People are less inclined to wait when they're in their car usingtheir fuel. When I went recently, the staff informed me that they only had two bread types at the moment. There were threepeople working, 2 sets of guests inside and, at the time, only me at the drive through. You'd think at least one of them wouldbake more breads- especially the popular Italian. I've come across good and bad staff at this particular location, and I feel asthough it lacks the direction to ensure quality. Read more
I was in a hurry so I went through the drive thru. There was 1 car ahead of me and it took over 15 minutes to get my order. I... assumed there must have been only 1 person working, but when they opened the window I saw at least 4 people. Order was fine, butthis us supposed to be FAST food. Read more
Ordered and paid online. Received the email confirmation my order was received and ready for pick up. I go to pick it up, the... teenager with pants sagging to his thighs states there is no online pickup. Never received it. But we can make it for you now. Not the reason I ordered it online. Had to jump through hoops to have the manager credit my card for the subs. Manager'sresponse was we'll send you some coupons. (And the order was found by the manager). A month later and I don't have couponseither. Not that I would have used them. Done with this Subway. Read more
Nice friendly staff, food was great tasting, bread tasted more fresh than other Subway restaurants I've been to. I went thru the... drive thru so I can't comment on what the inside looked like but the outside was very clean and from the vehicle you can see thestaff wash their hands. Read more
