Took a half hour to give me the wrong food. When I called about it they refused to give me a refund.

I could not believe the price. 2 chicken finger plates was just under $25!!! For 5 small & DRY fingers, fries, slaw & bread. ... It's too bad that the price has gone up SO much & the quality no longer exists. There's a lot of other places to get chickenfingers now. Read more

Food sat out for almost 10 minutes before we got it and I had to ask for it then. Water all over the counters and floor.

Zaxbys is getting to be way over priced! $11-$13 for chicken fingers?? WOW!! And the new ordering system -app or online you have... to go into the restaurant to get your food that's sitting on a rack in the public area. Read more
