Not so good this visit. The employees were great. Dining area and bathroom was spotless. I've eaten at subway many times and... really enjoyed the food. This visit was not there best. Not positive but I feel the meatballs were old and had very littlesauce. I ask for more sauce so it wouldn't be dry. There wasn't anymore. The owner needs to pay some attention to this place. I have had some mediocre ordering experiences from this location before as... this one is the closest to my house, but today was the worst. The employee working lunch was rude, complaining, and generallyan all around negative energy she exuded by her words and mannerisms. I asked her to please provide me a meat stack oneunderneath the top and I was given the ?the audacity of you to ask? look, and huffing and puffing. Get it together Riverwoodlocation. This is the closest location to the house, but I will start driving to the next closest location if I am made to feelguilty for buying out of this location. Read more
It had been a while since I had been to a subway. Not much has changed. The two biggest things I noticed was the price... increase and the Chipotle sauce was a bit different. Not a bad experience, the sandwich manufacturing individual assembled mysandwich in a satisfactory manner with all of the ingredients I asked for and was pleasant to speak to. The sandwich was good,not mind blowing, but is easy on the wallet. The new Chipotle sauce wasn't bad by any means, just a bit different. Keep it upsubway. Read more
Always new staff every time we stop in but overall good service and food.
Owner is not present and will not let enough workers work. If he does not want to pay he should be there working himself. ... Worker did as best as she could by herself with online orders coming in and line out the door. Wake up owner customers will notcome back!!! Read more
Originally.....OPEN Light was on/Sign said Open til 10pm & website said currently Open. BUT Doors were locked & no one seen... inside....After about 15 min., Subway worker DID unlock the doors. Where do I begin...they couldn't figure out how to put the sandwiches together, the bread was stale and nasty, gave me a 4"... instead of a 6". Charged me $5.55 for a $5 bundle!?!?! And frankly...down right disrespectful...do you not train your employeesto speak to your customers in a clear and concise manner? What about when trying to contact the number for the GM and they hangup on you? This is why I choose not to visit fast food establishments such as this. I want to let you know that the Manager ofthe store called and apologized for what took place. I do believe that this location has potential to be better than others.
