I walked in, no greeting. I was the only one in the shop but they were obviously making to go orders. I stood in the line for a... while just waiting. Zero eye contact or even acknowledgement. I finally just left. Even "we will be with you soon" would havedone the trick. I guess the to go and delivery options are the priority. Read more

Ordered off grub hub and our sandwiches delivered were completely wrong. We called them back right away to see if we could get... it fixed and the lady that picked up said we could get a refund but they close soon. She puts the phone down to ask help fromanother coworker on if we can get the refund towards everything and ends up hanging up on me. I called several times back and itjust kept ringing. I ended up driving there before they closed to figure out what?s going on and they watched me through thewindows and hid in the back room to avoid answering to anyone. Insane how this place is running with horrible customer serviceand I still don?t know if I?m getting my refund of $30 or what. Don?t waste your money here. Read more
