Occasionally out of stuff, but understandable since they're busy always.
Terrible customer service, no one in line, 2 people working, they couldn?t be bothered to take my order. I waited 5 minutes and... left. Ridiculously bad customer service. I will be taking business to a different Starbucks from now on because the employees atthis one are not great. Read more
I stopped by after doing some shopping because I noticed no one in line which is very rare and I stood there for a few seconds... and there was a younger guy cleaning something with his back to me and he turned around and I smiled at him and he turned backaround and said ?jesus christ?. Horrible experience!! I stood in line for 10-15 min before they closed at 9pm... It was 8:40ish when I looked at the time. The... person serving saw us waiting in line and as soon as it was my turn it was 9:00 and I was refused service!! I even insisted thatshe serve us because she knew we had waited more that 10 minutes in the line and I told her we didn't mind waiting and evenoffered to help her clean up! She then tells me she needs 30 minutes to clean up and she will get in trouble by her manager. ???? young people now a days don't want to work a minute past closing time and don't care about turning away customers or givinggood service!!!!!!
