Would've given 5 stars but my hamburger was still pink in the inside and I ask for well-done. Overall the food was delicious... after I cooked the meat a little more and the garlic fries was delicious. The food was above average. Not the greatest I've had but definitely better than a fast food joint. The menu isn't the broadest... in terms of options but there's still enough for multiple visits. What really takes the cake is the kind and helpful service aswell as the bottomless options. Read more

Let me start by saying, our server was great. Her name was Dani, I think. When I received the $16 burger I ordered, it was... missing ingredients that were supposed to be present. Our server politely said, ?yeah, that doesn?t look correct, let me takethat back. I had already touched the burger, but I wanted to keep my fries so I could eat them while they were warm. The serverhad me lay the burger on top of some trash and dishes she was clearing off of the table, and said she would he the kitchenremake it. The manager proceeded to intervene in the kitchen, and return that exact same burger to me at my table and she saidnothing was wrong with it. I was furious. Not only was it incorrect at this point, it had been passed all around and laid ontrash, and it had gotten cold. She had no apology and she was the manager. Finally my server took it back to the kitchen and hadit remade. I just cannot believe that the manager of the establishment done this. I work with food and I am serve safecertified. That burger should have been tossed the moment it was taken back from the table?it had been touched by severalungloved hands and placed on top of trash. I did not eat my new burger for fear of it being sabotaged. I was not offered anyapology let alone compensation (I paid for a burger I was afraid to eat). Long story short, if the manager is nasty (and yesthat?s nasty by all standards) I can only imagine what the entire establishment is like. Also let me add, I was not out to getsomething for nothing. Location was good. The general area was clean. My daughter was given a balloon the moment we arrived, so she was beyond happy.... It took 15 to 20min to be seated. The food was good. The waiter was okay. There were some issues with the monitor that theyleave on the table and that wasn't mentioned until after we had ordered dessert through it. We had a group of four persons in our party and each of us ordered different burgers...all were excellent! ????????x4 We had an... issue getting more of their "bottomless fries", due to an amount of cooking time needed and us finishing our meal and beingready to leave. We spoke to the manager, Shannon, who was very attentive to our concerns. She was also very friendly andaccommodating, making up for the delay in the fries availability. This was our first visit to a Red Robin. The service was fast and the waitress was friendly. Bottomless French Fries were a... nice touch. We all enjoyed our meals, from the teriyaki burger to the mushroom burger and even the chicken strip, everything wasprepared well. Read more

so after waiting 35 minutes we finally seated to find the restaurant was only was running a quarter staff capacity. we ordered... bottomless fries and a monster burger which we only received one thing of fries my friend only got one with his meal l. Aftercomplaining to the staff the cold fry's arrived miraculously, that have been setting in the window for least 20 minutes. afterasking for garlic sauce we never received it.
